What We Do

Activities

We provide a range of activities, fitness and exercise classes for individuals and groups to engage with. The majority of our activities are offered remotely, to allow you to participate from the comfort of your own home. They include Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Abs sessions, LBT (Legs, Bms & Tums), Boxercise, Bands Resistance Training & Painting.

Fundraising & Challenges

Simply enjoy our fitness and leisure activities.

There is also the possibility for individual and group challenges to be used for generating sponsorship and donations to raise funds to support selected causes. We arrange the sponsorship details for you. You simply select a challenge and click on a sponsorship

What We Do

Sports Club Support

Gift Aid is a Government initiative used by organisations to generate additional income. To be eligible the organisation needs to be registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) or have gained Charitable status. We provide help and support to guide you through the process. The support starts with understanding the benefits of CASC and Charitable status for the organisation. What is required and what will be the potential gains associated with each. Once the organisation is better informed of the potential gains and the associated actions required going forward, they will be in a better position to decide the best course of action.

Submit & manage gift aid claims as well as providing support to ensure gift aid revenues are maintained

Corporations Sponsoring Charities and Good Causes

We also provide a fundraising framework which can be used by organisations to structure and increase their fundraising efforts to support good causes. By providing employees, members, advocates and supporters with a set of activities which they can enjoy for fitness or recreation, but also use as a basis for sponsorship and donations to help their selected causes.
