My name is Megan, and I am a 20-year-old artist from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Around the age of 16, I found art was the best way to express myself and would often spend hours and hours creating. Since then, I have worked to make art my full-time career and have enjoyed every moment as I am able to do what I love. My specialty is realistic animal art and I create all things nature related using coloured pencils, acrylic paints and watercolours. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
