Description
Our Pilates classes are based on floor mat exercises. This class is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Building your core strength which is critical to overall health and balance. This facilitated event can be enjoyed individually through our OnDemand sessions. There is also the potential to book live 1-2-1 private sessions for groups from 1-12 people, so you can perfect your technique individually, or enjoy a class with a closed group of individuals.
Members have access to a full array of on-demand Pilates content created by one of our instructors. Sign up and receive 30-60 minutes per video. With unlimited access to materials so you can train when it’s most convenient for you!
