Individuals and Small Groups for Live Sessions

Our 1-2-1 sessions are great for checking and improving on technique, developing more personalised and intensive sessions, or training online with a private group of individuals, each in your own space with a live instructor. With the classes being live they are tailored more strongly around your specific needs and development.

1-2-1 sessions can be booked individually or in small groups of 2-12 people.

                -Individual sessions are £18 for 30 minutes

                -Groups of 2-6 people are £30 for 45 minutes

                -Groups of 7-12 people are £36 for 45 minutes

The process for booking 1-2-1 Sessions;

                Step 1- select your activity

                Step 2- Select the instructor (or simply select any)

                Step 3- Select from the times available

                Step 4- Select the number of weeks, or click ongoing (number counter or ongoing option)

Note that classes can be cancelled at anytime with just 48 hours’ notice

                Step 5- Pay to reserve the sessions
